I just made the most delicious and easy Broccoli Cheese Soup the other day!
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
½ cup water
Leftover broccoli (cut down into bite-sized pieces)
½ cup shredded Colby jack cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
After the soup, milk and water came to a simmer, I added the broccoli pieces and cheese. Then, added some salt and fresh ground pepper and...voilà! 5 minute Broccoli Cheese Soup!
